What does a BBapartment offer?

Each BBapartment is fitted with every comforts and offers customized services. It represents an ideal solution for tourists or business men who prefer the warmth and comfort of a house rather than the room of a hotel or of a residence.

Which services are included?

The service included are the initial and final cleaning, linen and towels, utilities and wi-fi.

How the extra services can be paid?

The extra services can be paid at the end of your stay with cash, wire transfer, credit card or Paypal.

Cleaning is included?

Yes, the price of the apartment includes the initial/final cleaning and the supply of the bed/bathroom linens. For extra cleaning, please refer to Extra Services page of the website.

How can I book a BBapartment?

To book an apartment fill in the booking form in the “Booking” section regarding each apartment. Once your booking is accepted, you will receive a booking confirmation from BB Apartments.

How much does a BBapartment cost?

Each apartment has specific features and rates. BB Apartments will calculate and notify you the price upon completion and sending of the form with indication of the apartment and of the period of stay. The total price indicated in the Booking Confirmation corresponds to the amount of the leasing fee for the property for the entire period of the booking and the Tourist Tax related to the stay period and guests number.

How does the payment of the rent take place?

The balance of the price will be charged once the booking is confirmated. The Security Deposit will be charged the day of arrival and shall be returned to you within 14 days from the end of your stay, if no losses or damages are found.

Which are the methods of payment?

The rental fee can be paid by credit card.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Yes, it’s possible to cancel your reservation. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Booking cancelled after 14 days before the start of the stay will not be refunded.

Is it possible to extend or reduce the stay?

Please inform us in advance if you intend to extend your stay. Should the apartment be available, the stay will be extended at the rates applicable according to the duration of the extension. In case of non-availability of the same apartment, a different one will be proposed, if available. In case of early departure, BB Apartments will not refund the guest for the remaining nights.

When the booking becomes effective?

The booking becomes effective upon receipt by BB Apartments the payment.

Which are the times of check in and check out of the apartments?

Check in is provided from Monday to Sunday from 3 pm to 8 pm; check out from 8 am to 11 am.

Who will welcome me at the check in?

A member of BB Apartments staff will welcome you at the apartment.

The rates are VAT included?

Yes, the rates are VAT included.

BB Apartments will issue an invoice and/or a receipt?

Yes, at the end of your stay BB Apartments will release an invoice and/or receipt according to your needs.
